The Business Services department is responsible for all business-related activities of the Board of County Commissioners. Business Services staff works in coordination with each Board department and the Clerk of Courts Office to ensure that the day-to-day operating needs of Board departments are met.

The Business Services department is located in the Government Center at 600 S. Commerce Ave. in downtown Sebring and includes the following divisions:

  • Capital Projects
  • Office of Management & Budget / Non-Ad Valorem Assessment
  • Procurement
